Fortunately
the situation has changed over the past few years: Chefs and health conscious
citizens, mostly on the East and West coasts, were demanding healthier fruits,
vegetables and meats and they got them.
First it
was the restaurants such as Alice Waters in SFO with her “Chez Panisse” or the Barbers of “Blue Hill at Stone Barns” in Pocantico Hills NY, to name two, insisting on receiving good,
healthy, locally grown food to be able to produce superior meals.
Now we have
successful “Farmers’ Markets” all over

visit

in a cooking class

visit
-eat at a
restaurant using locally grown produce

farm visit
-visit to
the fish wholesale market
-visit to
the flower market
-dairy goat
farm visit
etc etc
So all we
need is to know the region your group wants to visit, the size of your group
and their budget and we can work something out.
