DISCOVER NORTH AMERICA...
ONE STEP AT A TIME....
Walking is in! It's
not just the high cost of gas or as some calls it, petrol prices, that
makes walking or hiking attractive. Our fast paced life often needs a
balance. Strolling through nature seems to fill that need. So, instead of
rushing from sight to sight by plane, train or bus, plan a few days of enjoying
that beautiful trail, use a few days to bond and get closer to co-workers,
friends or even strangers!
There are many trails to
choose from: From the Appalachian Trail running from the state of Maine to the
state of Georgia, a few thousand Kilometers to the South, to hikes in Alaska.
From Charleston to Savannah in the South; wanderings through the
state of Vermont, walks in the US or Canadian National Parks, strolling along
the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada or a walk across the famous Brooklyn
Bridge from Manhattan to the borough of Brooklyn. All walks
are a way to explore ever-changing vistas and a great way to get to
know local people. Accommodations can vary from simple to deluxe,
depending on the trail, the hiking area or the city
chosen. The length can vary from an afternoon stroll to
a challenging week-long hike up and down trails. Most of these walks are
best guided.
Next time your incentive
program needs some team spirit building activity consider a walk in one of
the thousand of easy or demanding hiking areas North America has to offer.
